Job Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day hospital operations and ensure smooth departmental coordination.
- Manage resources efficiently and optimize patient care services.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve hospital performance.
- Lead and motivate hospital staff to achieve organizational objectives.
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue streams.
- Build strong relationships with patients, staff, and external partners.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Nursing, Clinical Medicine, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA) or Business Administration (MBA) is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare administration, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of hospital operations and clinical care delivery systems.
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and achieve organizational goals.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards and financial management.
