Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for ICT-related issues and provide both on-site and remote technical support.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across systems such as Active Directory, Office 365, and ERP.
- Develop and maintain IT manuals, guides, and documentation to ensure standardized procedures.
- Administer, maintain, and optimize IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software.
- Provide support for ERP platforms, Office 365, and other business-critical systems.
- Oversee IT inventory, manage software licenses, and handle procurement of hardware and software.
- Implement cybersecurity measures such as firewalls, antivirus systems, and intrusion detection tools.
- Design and manage data backup schedules for on-premise and cloud-based systems, including restorations when needed.
- Ensure IT operations comply with ISO 9001:2015 and other relevant standards.
- Manage IT projects from planning to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines and budgets.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and service providers to meet service agreements effectively.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in ICT administration, coordination, or similar technical roles.
- Professional certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft 365 Certified, CCNA, or ITIL are an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of networking, ERP systems, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Proficiency in Windows Server environments, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory management.
- Hands-on experience with hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with data backup, disaster recovery solutions, and ISO 9001-compliant systems is desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication abilities and the capacity to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Proactive, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects independently or in a team.
