Job Responsibilities

They are looking for Regular Staff in Customer Relations who will:

  • Identify potential clients through field visits, cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Act as primary contact for customer inquiries, documentation, loan processing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update a pipeline of qualified leads in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports on lead progress—prospecting, generation, and conversion.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine the sales process for effectiveness.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Management, Administration, Communications & Public Relations, Marketing, or an equivalent field (bring academic certificates to the interview).
  • Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and patiently.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex information clearly.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to delivering excellent service.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, Google services, and typing (20 WPM).
