Responsibilities
They are looking for a Finance & Administration Supervisor who will:
- Lead development and execution of corporate financial strategies, including budgeting and cost-benefit analyses.
- Manage daily accounting operations—such as bank reconciliations, cashflow forecasting, and reconciliation of insurer statements.
- Prepare financial reports, management accounts, and commission computations; enforce internal controls and support collections.
- Oversee investment surplus, working capital, petty cash, and ensure timely operational payments.
- Maintain HR and administrative duties: recruitment logistics, onboarding/offboarding, training coordination, attendance tracking, and performance reviews.
- Coordinate internal/external audits, risk management frameworks, and procurement compliance; ensure alignment with SOPs and regulations.
- Attend management meetings and support overall finance and admin functions within the team.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- CPA-K certification or equivalent professional qualification.
- A minimum of five years’ experience in finance, with demonstrated HR or office operations involvement.
- Strong negotiation, communication skills, and integrity.
- Proficiency in insurance industry practices, regulatory compliance, and local taxation.
