Job Responsibilities
They are looking for Regular Staff in Customer Relations who will:
- Identify potential clients through field visits, cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns.
- Act as primary contact for customer inquiries, documentation, loan processing, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update a pipeline of qualified leads in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on lead progress—prospecting, generation, and conversion.
- Continuously evaluate and refine the sales process for effectiveness.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma in Business Management, Administration, Communications & Public Relations, Marketing, or an equivalent field (bring academic certificates to the interview).
- Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and patiently.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex information clearly.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, Google services, and typing (20 WPM).
