Job Responsibilities
They are looking for a Project Finance Manager who will:
- Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of finance-related projects, such as budgeting cycles, ERP rollouts, and financial transformation efforts.
- Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with finance, IT, procurement, and business teams to define requirements, track progress, and address challenges.
- Oversee project budgets and financial performance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.
- Prepare and present project status reports and dashboards for executive leadership.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage change initiatives, stakeholder communications, and engagement throughout project lifecycles.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and continuous improvement assessments.
- Maintain accurate, complete project documentation.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or certifications such as PMP, CIMA, ACCA, or CPA are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial management and project leadership.
- Proven ability to manage remote teams or work autonomously in a virtual environment.
- Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and project management tools (Asana, Jira, MS Project, Monday.com).
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and overall financial principles.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously with attention to detail and integrity.
